Our kitchens are the heart of our Club Hotels and we’re looking for individuals who share our passion for food, leadership and fun! As a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef for Skibound you will be responsible for supervising the kitchen team (alongside the Head Chef), running service and knowing your way around all aspects of a kitchen.

- Energetic and motivated
- Desire to progress (progression is encouraged across all of our kitchens)
- Knowledgeable and experienced
Not forgetting the formal bits…
A qualification in catering and/or professional cookery, experience dealing with high volume covers, supervising a team, and a real drive to work efficiently to enjoy your time on the mountains with your team!
