"My favourite part of my job is inspiring my team and encouraging them to always try and better themselves and the department"
About me

I have been at Condover Hall for 4 years, working as the Catering Manager

Favourite part of the job

My favourite part of my job is inspiring my team and encouraging them to always try and better themselves and the department.

Best work memory

I’d have to say that my fondest memory was when we had some children come to the centre to do a medieval banquette, getting the children in to help with the food and pass on some knowledge was really rewarding.

Why should you join JCA?

Joining the team will do exactly what it says, you’ll be part of a great team and learn how to work together.  You’ll help each other and learn new skills from the people around you and in turn pass on the skills you may have to them.

What qualities do you need to work a season?

You need to be enthusiastic, keen to learn and be a team player. Always work to the best of your abilities and be professional with a can do attitude.
