Our JCA Receptionist/Administrator will be at the heart of Condover Hall. From welcoming guests to dealing with staff queries, you will be involved in both front of house and behind the scenes! (Please note this is a seasonal position starting from March- October 2018)
Answering and directing phone calls and passing on messages to the relevant departments are just some of your administrator duties. Being on reception means you may be the first person to welcome our groups, customer service must be your thing! You will be responsible for handing out welcome packs, organising check in documents and sorting out room keys.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is well-organised and presentable with excellent customer service skills. You will be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive professional attitude and be able to organise and prioritise your workload.
You will have the ability to work under your own initiative, take responsibility where necessary and to work as part of a team. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
You will be proactive and approachable with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for flexibility as this role will require working one weekend out of three as well as sharing early shifts starting at 8:30am and later shifts finishing at 6pm or 8pm.
