What will I be doing?
You will be working at the Holiday Village centre in Menorca. You will be based in the hotel crèche and children’s club and be responsible for providing fun, creative and safe activities for children.
You’ll need to have plenty of energy and enthusiasm! You’ll also receive comprehensive training that will allow you to deliver tailored, stimulating and safe activity programmes for all ages, including parties, sports activities.
As part of this seasonal role, you’ll build a rapport with the children’s families on arrival and be a constant, trusted presence on their holiday.
Using high levels of enthusiasm and skills learnt on the comprehensive training course, you will provide children and families with an unforgettable stay that exceeds all expectations.
What are you looking for?
- You must be level three qualified or equivalent (NNEB, Diploma in Childcare & Education)
- Enjoys and is passionate in working with children and adults

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and looking for an exciting experience working overseas!
I am new to the role of crèche nanny here at the Holiday Village, I have plenty of past experience with childcare working in different nurseries and day care centres. I can safely say that moving to work in crèche overseas was the best decision I have ever made.

I love getting to meet so many families and children. It’s such a great experience to always work in the sun, it creates such a happy atmosphere.

What do you do during your time off?
Going to the beach is a given, exploring the different places on the island, both the tourist areas and the little gems which you can stumble across if you head off the beaten path. Bonding and socialising with team members by going out for meals or going to the different water parks.
What qualities do you need to work a season?
You need to be willing to be part of a team but at times still work independently. The ability to be away from home and family for a long period of time, also having the confidence to help guests without hesitation and being able to do so in a professional manner.
