Creche Nanny - JCA

"This is easily the best thing I have ever done"
About me

I am new to the role of crèche nanny here at the Holiday Village, I have plenty of past experience with childcare working in different nurseries and day care centres. I can safely say that moving to work in crèche overseas was the best decision I have ever made.

Favorite part of the job

I love getting to meet so many families and children. It’s such a great experience to always work in the sun, it creates such a happy atmosphere.

Best work memory

The relationships and bonds I have created with work colleagues and families that have visited is something I will not easily forget.

Why should you join JCA?

It is a great experience and opportunity, my confidence has sky rocketed and I have learnt so much, this is easily the best thing I have ever done.

What do you do during your time off?

Going to the beach is a given, exploring the different places on the island, both the tourist areas and the little gems which you can stumble across if you head off the beaten path. Bonding and socialising with team members by going out for meals or going to the different water parks.

What qualities do you need to work a season?

You need to be willing to be part of a team but at times still work independently. The ability to be away from home and family for a long period of time, also having the confidence to help guests without hesitation and being able to do so in a professional manner.
