Our campaign team look after the recruitment for seasonal roles for our Winter Ski seasons in the Alps, Summer Alps, for our picturesque chateau in France, and for a host of Activity/Adventure centres across the UK. This really is a recruitment job with a difference and we are looking for dynamic and passionate people to come on board and help us deliver the same qualities into our Seasonal Teams! The positions we recruit for offer our candidates a once in a lifetime opportunity whether its skiing throughout the winter, or spending the summer in rural France- The package we offer our employees through these campaigns couldn’t be further from the 9-5!
You will love the buzz of fast paced recruitment and be self-motivated to assist the team with campaign recruitment- from understanding and collecting important candidate documents, to assisting with screening candidates and being responsible for our “crew lists”, you’ll be happy to work towards deadlines and be dealing with multiple priorities whilst having a keen eye for detail and a super organised streak! Our recruitment assistant is the font of knowledge of who’s in and who’s out, so you’ll need to be happy to keep in contact with our candidates and assist with organising all the paperwork to get them out to resort! The key to being really successful in this role is being able to confidentially manage a host of different priorities, whilst always checking everything is correct! We have hundreds of people coming to work with us, so the service the recruitment team provide to them always has to be of a VIP standard!
The role would be suitable for you if you have a keen interest or some experience in HR or Recruitment, experience in administration and the ability to work to your own initiative! Plus the desire to be part of something fun and different-there’s no grey corporate suits here!
The role is currently fixed term until May 2018 however for the right person, there is a great opportunity for progression within the team and the potential to become a permanent member of the team!
