Our campaign team look after the recruitment for seasonal roles for our Winter Ski seasons in the Alps, Summer Alps, for our picturesque chateau in France, and for a host of Activity/Adventure centres across the UK.
This really is a recruitment job with a difference and we are looking for dynamic and passionate people to come on board and help us deliver the same qualities into our Seasonal Teams!

You will love the buzz of fast paced recruitment and be self-motivated to fill multiple roles across all locations.
Alongside the team and administration support, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting with methods of attraction,
- Delivering assessment days and Skype interviews all the way through to offering exciting opportunities.
- If you love recruitment and are self motivated but want to move away from the sales aspect this could be the role for you
- You will be happy to work towards deadlines and be dealing with multiple priorities, and enjoy speaking to a whole host of different candidates on a daily basis.
About You …
- Bringing your experience to us – we wouldn’t expect you to have done an identical role before but we would need you to have experience of high volume recruitment and love travel
- A great communicator – you’ll be comfortable picking up the phone to candidates and also being an ambassador for our brand at assessment centres
- Living the brand – you will be the first person that our candidates speak to and your enthusiasm will be infectious, applicants will be excited about a career with us
- Boundless energy – the seasonal recruitment team will recruit up to 600 people per year working towards tight but realistic start dates
- Approachable – for a lot of our candidates this may be their first time working abroad
- Tenacious – things don’t always go our way but you’ll be able to dust yourself down and keep going
