What are we looking for?
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Happy to roll up your sleeves and muck in
  • A natural born leader with bags of energy
  • Hard working, yet efficient (means more time on the mountains!)

Not forgetting the formal bits..

You’ll need experience to a supervisory level and be able to motivate others to work efficiently to maximise your time on the mountains with the team!  Experience working in housekeeping is essential and an understanding of how a hotel operates and maintains standards is also key.

"Working a season was the best thing I ever did"
About Me

I have worked for Skibound for a few years, and have worked a total of 5 seasons! I have worked for SkiBound as a Hotel Host, Ski Rep and Housekeeper, and now I will be working as Head Hotel Host

Favorite part of the job

Working a season was the best thing I ever did, and SkiBound have offered great opportunities for progression and all the support you need to succeed in a role. My job means I need a keen eye for detail, and I consider myself to be a perfectionist, which means I love my role.

Best work memory

Christmas Day Winter 15/16 dressing up as an elf and laughing and playing with the kids, they were so excited when I came in asking to have pictures taken with me.

Why should you join Skibound?

Meeting people who are like minded looking for new, exciting experiences. Some of the best friends I’ve had I have met on season.

What do you do during your time off?

Skiing of course! But there are so many other things to do in resort.

What qualities do you need to work a season?

You need to be hard working, the work can be challenging and you have to put the hours in! But it’s all worth it when you get out on the mountain.
You also have to be sociable, living and working closely with your team is so much easier  when you can have fun with them.
